Program Terms & Conditions
This referral program is only for individual customers and not available to allied health professionals, caregivers, or businesses.
Who Can Participate?
The OmniCare Alert Life Saver referring customer must have purchased, paid for, and received their OmniCare Alert, kept it for at least 30 days, and not requested a refund.
The referred customer must also purchase, pay for, and receive a OmniCare Alert, keep it for 30 days, and not request a refund.
The OmniCare Alert Life Saver referring customer must provide their Full details including original order number and the full details of the referred person and order number of the person they referred.
This Rewards Program started on January 7th, 2023, and only applies to orders placed on or after this date.
Once your reward is approved, please allow up to 40 days for your VISA gift card to be mailed to you. If you have chosen a digital Visa Gift Card you will receive the secure link.
Definitions
A OmniCare Alert Life Saver referring customer is someone who bought their OmniCare Alert before the person they referred purchased theirs.
