As a OmniCare Alert, user, its important to understand that this device is a first-response alert system designed to connect to our OmniCare Alert Grade A1 24/7 Emergency Monitoring, Incident management and First Responder Dispatch centre where our OmniCare Alert professional Care operators will triage the incident, dispatch emergency First Responders if required and notify your chosen emergency contacts when help is needed or in any event to advice of the event even if First responders were not required. However, wearing the OmniCare Alert, does not guarantee that assistance will arrive within a specific timeframe. OmniCare Alert, Cannot Guarantee the speed of response from Emergency First Responders nor promise that your selected contacts will respond immediately.

OmniCare Alert being a Grade A1 24/7 Emergency Monitoring, Incident management and First Responder Dispatch centre and the many fail safes on the OmniCare Alert coupled with live and recorded audio on the OmniCare Alert only dispatch Emergency First responders to real time critical emergencies eliminating false alarms and giving the First responders confidence to respond to OmniCare Alert at Precedence.

We also suggest choosing contacts who are close by and readily available, such as family members, trusted friends, neighbours, caregivers, or staff at an aged care facility. Before adding someone as a contact, it’s a good idea to speak with them first to confirm they are willing, capable, and available to assist in an emergency situation and understand the alarm escalation process set by you at time of purchase with the guidance of OmniCare Alert.
