We aim to send your OmniCare Alert Device via Australia Post Express within two business days of receiving your order. However, we will always try to ship your device sooner if we can. If you need it urgently, please call our Sales Team at 1800 77 50 90. We ship your device free of charge using Australia Post Express Post.
Once you have placed an order online, you will receive a confirmation email from Stripe or (please ensure to provide an email address). Typically, we can confirm your order within a few minutes of the transaction.
We will email you a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. If no one is available at your delivery address, Australia Post usually sends an SMS or email with instructions on how to pick up your parcel from the nearest post office.
